Lets remember this is not a FAD, so it's not an event specific to one single theme, it's a celebration of diversity.
Each location can cover as many topics as they want, and some general talks will be shared between them all, yet, if a location feels that the attendees are more into Programming, others more about design and some others plan to gather more new-IT people, then that's fantastic.
The more the merrier.

The very idea does not work that way.
There are many categories of women with entirely different aspirations
and goals.
One needs to target specific groups instead of attempting to cover
multiple groups.
It is very easy to get students of computer science/engg interested
Teenage and pre-teen girls too.
But it is harder with the rest and especially those with other primary
interests.
Much depends on their primary interests.
