For Mote, this is something you'll have to take up in [another repo](https://github.com/fedora-infra/mote).

For Fedora Websites, I don't think we have any plan to stop using periods to end titles and headings. Although we should be more consistent about it, because right now, we have a bit of a mixed bag.
