Of the OS.

The sentences are using many English compaction techniques to try and
put into 2 sentences what a whole guide is written for.

1. What kind of hardware needs to be used.
2. What that hardware needs to have.
3. The steps needed to install the OS which is a multi stage process
  a. Make a USB flash drive with the OS (many steps)
  b. Boot the Fedora Live Workstation from that USB flash drive (many steps)
  c. Start the Fedora Media Writer Application (located on the desktop)
  d. Work through the Fedora Media Writer process to install onto the
computer (many steps)

I am not sure who 'owns' that page, but I would suggest they put a
link to an actual installation guide to less the confusion.
