The Fedora software repositories contain multiple implementations of Cryptography/Encryption, with each of them having support for multiple algorithms and key lengths. It is not possible for me to tell you the answers for this without knowing which components are being included in your embedded OS based on Fedora. The Fedora OS has a Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) of 5D002 with the TSU exception under section 740.13(e) of the EAR.
