astoundingly, instead of accepting the contribution of the participant and agree to the errors in the organization of work and interaction with the participants, who wish to contribute. you allow yourself to criticize and use sharp words. great job with the participants and, of course, favorable to the further activity of volunteers.

you have done a wonderful job! photos that you have suggested, I think, can be an excellent substitute for former photos, really terrible photos, it is in the same style, but much better!

please do not take to heart the reproaches in your address. people like you, active and emotional, may amend, improve and correct the situation. because, until now, all those who act "by protocol" is not found neither the time nor the energy to correct the situation.
