Yes, thats perfectly normal. koji works by using it's own CA to
authenticate packagers. It will show these sorts of warnings. 

We do have plans to move the public side of things to a well known CA
at some point, but we have to schedule it with changes in package
maintainers tools so everything keeps working for them.
