Spins prerelease page with warning box is up, and we added also a newsbox
on the bottom of the index page. We still need to add the prerelease
banners to every $SPIN/download page.
Just need to (after GO):
* verify links and docs pages
* update image sizes
* add checksums (linked from prerelease page)
