Variables and Banner are set, the pages work fine but we need to rewrite
the cloud prerelease page.Nothing special, we can use the actual tabbed
one also for prerelease. The prerelease warning box needs to be changed.
All the rest is after GO:
* add checksums
* update ISO image sizes
* add AMI IDs for F23 Alpha (refer to kushal for them, they are uploaded
with fedimg)
* verify paths and checksums, pay attention to correct filenames
* Add Workstation netinstall image also to prerelease
* update POT file - no translation freeze needed this time
