#297: restore join.fedoraproject.org

join.fedoraproject.org redirects to fedoraproject.org/join-fedora which
now redirects to getfedora.org. I strongly believe that getfedora.org does
not provide an adequate replacement for the join content, and the join
content serves a vital purpose to the project.
Just now, I intended to direct a prospective contributor to the join page
as a starting point. I don't know where else to send them, now. I'm
happy to participate (for whatever that's worth :) in replacing the
content, but would really prefer to see the existing stuff made available
in some way for the short term.
