Bad redirect on

Users on the fedora-users list are reporting that navigating to:

http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-options

causes an immediate redirecto to getfedora.org.

The erroneous line of code is line 38 of the header:

  38   <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url="" href="https://getfedora.org">https://getfedora.org">¬
