That's great.

You don't have to be necessary an ambassador if you want to start
running a local community website, but it's very good to do so. Please
follow the steps to become an ambassador on our Join page [1] if you
want to complete your ambassador course. If you already choosed a
mentor feel free to contact him for any issues.

Local community sites are not officially supported by the
Fedoraproject, so you can go ahead the way you like more. However
there are some important guidelines you have to pay attention on, so
please proofread them [2] and don't violate our licensing [3].
