Search for http: in the source code of https://badges.fedoraproject.org/
You will find for example:
"http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js";
If further explanation is required, please search for the there might be a
ticket for fedoratagger, because it started with a similar bug.
