Hi guys,
I am Soumya Deb (prefer to go with my FOSS alias "Debloper"), a free software evangelist & (wannabe) contributor of many open-source projects.
I want to contribute to Fedora's web-development projects & thus want to be a member of web group. To demonstrate my web-design/development skill, I'd like to request you to have a look at one of my side project's site or at my resume (not for the primary purpose of a resume :P for the HTML5 semantics & layout).
If these are insufficient, then please hit me back - I'll try to demo whatever might be necessary for it.
Thanks & regards,

Hi Soumya,
Quite late but here is a response.
Are you familiar with python, genshi?
Have you any particular idea of what to improve or build?
You can checkout the website as explained on the wiki[2] and see how it is made.
The main website is build using the 960 grid system[3].
Open tickets are on our track[1] instance, but more request come through the mailing list.
You could join us in the #fedora-websites channel on the freenode irc node.

Hi Kévin,
Thanks for the response.
Yes, I am familiar with Python/genshi, Ruby/Haml/Sass (haven't used much, but yeah, "can do" when necessary).
I am subscribing the websites list, and will keep track on the incoming issues - get myself used to in this ecosystem, for the time being.
Regards, and thanks again for the links.
