I threw some starter notes up at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Wiki - 
one of the challenging things with IRC and wiki usage is that they're 
such basic tools for communication/collaboration that we use them for 
content delivery themselves, so there's sort of a bootstrap problem 
going on. Screencasts might be helpful?
