Because I couldn't find one: I made a generic spin page template based on the KDE spin page. http://mchua.fedorapeople.org/spins/spin_page_template.html I've linked to it with some usage instructions on https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Spin_webpage_creation_SOP#Download_the_HTML_template.
