As I mentioned, the theme makes references to some files under
fedoraproject.org, including our images and CSS.  Specifically, you will
need http://fedoraproject.org/static/css/fedora.css and all of the
images linked from that CSS file.  All of our images and CSS are
available in the static directory of our git repository:
http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/fedora-web.git?p=fedora-web.git;a=tree;f=fedoraproject.org/static.
