Depending on how you would like to contribute to Fedora, you won't need
to fill these in.  A GPG key is something that some people use to sign
their emails to verify their identity.  An SSH key is necessary if you
will be committing code to repositories over SSH or if you will need
shell access to any of our servers.  (if you don't know what this is,
you probably won't need it).

I'm not sure about Indian time zones, but there are some Indian/* time
zones in the selection.  Our time zone list comes from pytz
(http://pytz.sourceforge.net/), so if something is missing you might be
able to contact a developer there.

The Free Media program is generously run by volunteers, so I don't think
we can expect them to fully satisfy the demand every month.  For more
