Yeah, we've got a few different sites.  I think that all of our 'sub'
project sites should have the smaller banner system while the fedora-main
site should be different or...  I don't know, more grand but still simple?
I'm not sure how else to say it.

The current fp.o/ site was initially designed to be simple and light on
the network, thats no longer the case so the fedoraproject.org/ site is
ripe for a re-design or re-visioning.  Just going to take someone with the
time, guts and skill to do it.  Its probably too late for the F9 release
as the string freeze is tomorrow :)  But we can certainly re-think it
shortly after and get it in shape for F10.
