Join and get fedora pages are missing encoding defs.
Why there is H1 saying "Fedora 7 Now available" and the rest says FC6?

I changed the "leading edge" stuff to read:

I also trimmed out a bunch of extraneous language, made passive to
active voice changes, dropped distracting pronouns, and tried to reduce
the hype-speech ("the most bestest ev4r!!!!1!!!").

In addition to updating the images, the following needs to be updated:
* Direct links to FC6 Installation Guide need to point to F7 version
