If you are running KDE, check in System->Connected Devices->Disks & Cameras-> Device Auto-Mount and see if those partitions are ticked in there for auto-mount "On Login" or "On Attach".

kde died with wayland stiil not coperating with NVIDIA. Running XFCE and LXDE. KDE-SYSTEM-SETTINGS>Connected Devices->Disks & Cameras shows a list of attached devices with no boxes checked
