You haven't indicated specific scale here, or level of abstraction. You've mentioned some specific CPUs, and storage devices.
Are you just trying to figure out power draw for a handful of machines for a house? Hundreds for an office? Or more, looking for some baselines to extrapolate from?
Not an area I've studied in-depth but there are a bunch of people in the cloud native (and large on-prem DC) world working on software carbon impact.

You might want to follow people like Anne Currie or Pini Resnik on social media if your angle is larger scale environmental impact (as opposed to what fuses do I need in my consume unit :D)
