about 400 GB.  I do not do the / and /home thing


Maybe /current/ output from the following would help us figure it out:

dnf repolist enabled
rpm -qa '*edora*'
rpm -qa '*repos*'

If the installed listed remain 39, I think I would manually install 41's packages,
then try an ordinary upgrade, then a distro-sync. Depending on how many 41
packages are currently installed, and which, I might try 40 before trying to goto 41.
