Perhaps the Server documentation assumes you understand how LVM works and you know the commands for modifying the storage after the install. I suggest going back to the link I mentioned earlier and read the Rationale section. The Server install layout is set the way it is to be useful in as many different configurations as possible. Here is some documentation that gives a couple examples on how you’d use the space. https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-server/virtualization/vm-install-diskimg-fedoraserver/#_set_up_storage The term you want to google is “lvextend”. Make sure you extend the logical volume AND resize the filesystem. Lvextend can do both for many filesystems. Just be aware that XFS cannot be shrunk.
