I googled my fingers off.  No matter how I tried,
I got bazillions of hits for "National Safety Council".
So I gave up and asked here.

<https://html.duckduckgo.com/html?q=NSC%20wireless>

Wikipedia disambiguation is often helpful, but not in this case.

User coming to linux whose commuting experience has been
limited to computer labs and cell phones are confused when told
they need to reboot after installing updates.  Googling reboot leads
to a bunch of AI clickbait, often with answers like "to reboot your
PC, turn off the power".   Wikipedia explains "warm boot vs cold boot"
