For the first problem, I'm not sure what > component to report on in Bugzilla. You should probably update to the 2.33.0 Bios/UEFI. It was released December 15, 2023 and is marked as critical. What I have found in the past is, Bios updates often fix ACPI and Microsoft-ism so that the ACPI tables can work with Linux, too. I've got several NUCs that fall into this category. On their original Bios they had constant problems. I was lucky if they would come back up after a `sudo reboot` or `sudo shutdown -r now`. With their latest Bios they actually reboot as expected under Linux.
