This behavior is just not acceptable.

It means that any of the services run under cron can be started.

 

Could you please send quickly a patch?

 

May by running a cron that every 14 mn starts a test?

Maybe, can you confirm that it was not the case in f36?

 

This is new in f38 gnome. Earlier fedora do not have that default.
