After rebooting, my links were changed back:

libvirt-admin.so.0.9005.0
libvirt-lxc.so.0.9005.0
libvirt-qemu.so.0.9005.0
libvirt.so.0.9005.0

So I erased the links and the 9005 files too.

# systemctl status libvirtd.service
is happy after stopping and restarting it.

virt-manager still does not connect.

Okay, after erasing all the 9005's, redoing the following

https://www.libvirt.org/daemons.html#switching-to-modular-daemons

and rebooting, all my VM stuff is running perfectly again.

Thank you all for the help!
