I worked through chrome's startup script, just to make sure that I am running what I think I'm running, which is: /opt/google/chrome/chrome chrome hangs if run after exiting firefox. there are no error messages. I removed the chrome directories in .config and .cache strace /opt/google/chrome/chrome gives me a log of 6170 lines. There are no errors in the last 100 records that suggest that there might be a problem. In the log, there are 568 unique references to "no such file". So, no joy. Chrome help suggests closing other apps, and then (the ultimate windows fix) reboot. That's given me trouble in the past, but I'll try anything :-) _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
