That's your choice of course. And certainly markup can be useful in some contexts, but good MUAs do support it as well, either as HTML (frowned upon here of course) or as Markdown (which Evolution now supports). I don't dispute that Discourse is free software. I do question its usefulness as a *replacement* for mailing lists. It does have a mailing-list mode, which in my limited experience is genuinely terrible, to the extent that I find I have to open a browser to read its messages in context. There are other things I could say about it, but I'm afraid I've dragged this thread rather off-topic. poc _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
