That is odd, it worked fine for me until last month. Yes, they say Redhat, but that same rpm with all its inefficient packaging worked for me till then (on a fully updated F36). It had up to that point, worked very well for whatever it was capable of doing.

I wonder how authoritative your reddit link is, given that there was some indication from someone at WebEx trying to help this user on F36 (as posted earlier):
