Booting F35 install from USB on Thinkpad X1 6th gen

Hi!

Trying to perform a fresh install of F35 on my (wife's) X1 Carbon 6th gen and while it did work in the past with UEFI USB boot option enabled in Bios, it seems not to with F35.

I "burned" the usb as usual with livecd-iso-to-disk --format --reset-mbr Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-35-1.2.iso /dev/sdb1 but that doesn't start at all and cycle within the Boot Bios selection. When I add --efi to it, it seems to boot but after stalling with a _ in the upper left corner of the screen, goes back to the red Lenovo logo from startup and stays there.

Does anybody have any suggestion?

Thank you.

Fred
