Here's how I wound up with these packages:

gnome-boxes -> libvirt-daemon-kvm -> qemu-kvm -> qemu-system-x86 ->
qemu-system-x86-core -> libibverbs -> rdma-core

I think gnome-boxes is part of the default Workstation install, which
explains why so many people have rdma-core installed.
