Same here.  As for what is pulling it in:

$ rpm -q --whatrequires 'rdma-core(x86-64)'
libibverbs-33.0-2.fc33.x86_64
librdmacm-33.0-2.fc33.x86_64
libibumad-33.0-2.fc33.x86_64
$ rpm -q --whatrequires 'rdma-core(x86-32)'
libibverbs-33.0-2.fc33.i686
