This gives Fedora a very unique opportunity to either shine above the rest, or look like a premature adolescent.
I would say, ship a new version of 33 in April with all the 33 stuff updated.
Then later, ship several 34 Betas. Do not ship a formal 34 until the RC1,2,3 has been in the wild for two or three months.
This is a chance to win over some of the critics of Fedora.
