Well google's artificial intelligence is superb for one thing :

Having a great laugh ( in google translate try to translate

a simple sentence with a relative pronoun from English to

German/French for example and then ask it to do the reverse

thing . It will never get it right and you will have your laugh. ) .

I search for service manuals for equipment, and you can put the exact
model number into the search, and only few of the results are even
close to your search term. After the first page, I can't see any
connection between my search terms and what it returns.

Well i have been using Google Search for some years . The

rule of thumb is just check the first page and skip the rest .

YouTube's becoming next to useless thanks to the same thing (e.g. you
look for a song by title, and completely unrelated things return), as
well as their advertising greed. Being inundated with the same
annoying adverts at the start and end of every clip, and in the middle,
makes it worse than watching commercial television. If I've skipped
the same advert more than once it ought to be able to tell that I'm not
interested. It's all just a money-making exercise for them, getting
people to provide them with free content so they can make money from
you. The only way to avoid the adverts is to pay them. Even if you
are one of their content providers, you're still stuck with adverts
unless you pay them.

YouTube is Google again , so most likely it is the same AI behind

the whole thing . Although i have to admit that until now at least

i have had better luck with YouTube .

One last thing you NEVER use YouTube without an AD Blocker,

after all that's what they were made for .
