Both network manager and systemd-resolved ostensibly support ordering of DNS servers. I'm not sure why you have decided to attempt to lecture me on this. It's apparent that you do not think this is a problem at all.

Being silent about switching DNS is not friendly towards the user or admin, rate limiting of messages could also be done if this is happening many times per minute and log spam is a concern.
