So, in a terminal you should first check to see if it is, and install if not. An example of it not being installed is [egreshko@f31x ~]$ rpm -q hplip-gui package hplip-gui is not installed And if not installed, [egreshko@f31x ~]$ sudo dnf install hplip-gui After that...
