Aside from "why are you still using F27??", you're trying to install
the swift language interpreter (compiler?).
Ah, so swift in the F30 repo is NOT swift xmpp client. OK.
Doing a search suggests that it's an xmpp client. There are Linux
downloads at https://swift.im/downloads.html but only debs. It
appears that openSUSE has rpm packages. You can download them from
https://pkgs.org/download/swift-im but I don't know how well they will
install in Fedora, especially considering how old your version is.
There are many other xmpp clients if you can't get this one working.
I finally got pidgin working. Or rather I switched jabber server and
jabber.hot-chilli.net is working to the IETF jabber rooms.
So I am good now.
