Something seems to not have bee set with changes in a long series of
system migrations.
Any idea what is being sought?
ATK is accessibility support. I assume this is a graphical emacs that
you are starting, not a terminal one. In that case, there is little
concern about messages like that going to stdout/stderr. Are you
running this root in a terminal? That might be why it can't find the
accessibility bridge. In any case you can try setting
"NO_AT_BRIDGE=1" before running it and that might stop the messages.

The variable seting does not stop the messages. See lots of messages
about variables not set but they don't seem to upset the functionality,
but the mystery implies that might not always be the case. Major case
is starting the cinnamon desktop.
