Something seems to not have bee set with changes in a long series of
system migrations.
Any idea what is being sought?
ATK is accessibility support. I assume this is a graphical emacs that
you are starting, not a terminal one. In that case, there is little
concern about messages like that going to stdout/stderr. Are you
running this root in a terminal? That might be why it can't find the
accessibility bridge. In any case you can try setting "NO_AT_BRIDGE=1"
before running it and that might stop the messages.
