It looks like this was filed as:

    https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1646774

It's not clear whether the maintainer intends to push the
trivial fix to existing branches or not.  I think that it
should be fixed in f29 and f30 as well (though anyone with
the package already installed will have to take manual steps
to fix the existing group gid, unfortunately).
