This is an old answer, so proceed with caution:
It appears there is a GitHub repository you can use to install the tools.

Hi to all,
I'm new both in the ARM and Raspberri Pi world.
Managed to install Fedora 29 Server on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ with an USB SSD.
The system works flawlessly but I can't find vcgencmd and relative commands to manage the hardware of the RPI.
Looked for an RPM package but I can't find nothing.
Is there a package with tools to manage HW? Temperature, CPU Frequency, and so on. Or is better to replace vcgencmd with something else?
Thanks in advance
Simo
