I use regularly the touchpad right-click on my Dell XPS 13. (I don't
think middle click is available on my touchpad)
Fedora 28 Gnome 3 on Wayland.
Interesting. I don't have an XPS 13. I have an Inspiron 7352 14". My touchpad and touchscreen are:

B: REL=3
However, I also see this other touchscreen in /proc/bus/input/devices:
I: Bus=0018 Vendor=06cb Product=75db Version=0100
N: Name="DLL06B5:00 06CB:75DB Touchpad"
P: Phys=i2c-DLL06B5:00

B: EV=1b
B: KEY=6420 10000 0 0 0 0

B: MSC=20
I'm not sure what's going on, because that looks like the touchscreen, but it's listed as a touchpad. Either way, it's not like I have right click or middle click on the touchscreen, either.
