Well, I've got this one in my F27 desktop at work providing
wifi for my phone and tablet acting as an access point:
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 0411:01a2 BUFFALO INC. (formerly MelCo.,
Inc.) WLI-UC-GNM Wireless LAN Adapter [Ralink RT8070]
It is a cute little thing, just a tad bigger than the USB
slot it is plugged into.
You can probably guess some more by looking in the
kernel modules directories at:
/usr/lib/modules/*/kernel/drivers/net/wireless

I have good luck with the Linksys and Netgear families. Usually show
the Linux Penguin on their compatible gear.

Hey Fred,
how about this one:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/NETGEAR-USB-WIRELESS-N-ADAPTER-WN111-N300-WIRELESS-NETWORK-ADAPTER-CARD-C13/192003314843?epid=1248488686&hash=item2cb44a149b:g:lOMAAOSw9OFZK8vO
Will it work with f27 fresh install from DVD, without the need to first
run updates (as the machine is not networked yet)?
