You can go here, https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=37 download the version you want, and install it with dnf -C downgrade [downloaded package name] from within the directory where the downloaded package is. But you will be fighting a losing battle, unless you turn off automatic add-ons update. Add-ons that are converting to the new api will update if you don't, and then they won't work with the old api, even on the older firefox version.
