The slowest wireless speed (250 Mbps) is twice as fast as your internet connection. As far as the speed goes, I was recently speaking with an ISP tech, and he said that when the links aren't loaded, bandwidth is borrowed from unused links and lent to active links. I see that happen, where I get bursts of speed above the rate I am paying for. Though not to the extent that you are (I get about a 10 to 20 % boost). Patrick has the right of it, though.
