I have no clue if that is in any way similar to MFC620. I'd guess not, but that's the only thing shown on that page that is both a Canon and has the numbers 620 in it. Traditionally, Canon hasn't been forthcoming with helpful information for their devices, so you may be lost in that black hole. if it is connected via USB, you could see if "sane-find-scanner" turns up anything. (check out its manpage). It is part of the sane-backends package.
