What do you mean by a card with USB tuners? Do you have USB expansion
cards in your computer and you are plugging the tuners into those?
I would suggest that you try to use one tuner at a time first. That
makes it easier to isolate problems and there is less chance of various
applications getting confused about which tuner it is talking to.
