I made a mistake,
I need firewall-config which is still here.

However, a gui to manage the services is a lot better than doing
 
Again, try cockpit... It's web based and gives you access to a lot more system information and setting than just services, but it will also allow you to enable/disable/start/stop services as well. In addition, you can do it from a remote computer if needed.
