Description : system-config-services is a utility which allows you to configure which services should be enabled on your machine. Which is what "systemctl" does. I use KDE and there is a GUI component to systemd in the "system settings" GUI. I don't know about other desktops. But, I never use the GUI and I don't know how well it works.
